Paytm is an Indian e-commerce company, and Paytm.com is an online service portal. They provide many services which are pretty useful. For instance, one can recharge their mobiles, DTH, etc. from Paytm.
They also provide a semi-closed digital wallet called Paytm Cash Wallet. Paytm is adding more and more services to their domain very quickly. Now you can pay at Indian Oil petrol pumps using Paytm wallet.
With all these services that Paytm provide, there are some issues that you may face which will ultimately lead you to contact their customer support.
Now just two days ago I needed to communicate with them, but there was no online source available for getting all the possible methods available for contacting the Paytm customer care. I thought like that I should create one here.
Check below are all the possible ways how you can contact the Paytm customer support team. Here I have provided nearly each and every possible method for contacting them including – Toll-Free number, email, etc.
Paytm Customer Care Toll-Free Number (24*7 Helpline)
Paytm has a dedicated customer support helpline that mainly tends to Recharge, Shopping, etc. but you can try this number for nearly any help that you need to recharge any Paytm service. You can give a call at 0120-3062244 for support. You should call from your registered mobile number (the one you used at the time of Paytm signup) for faster assistance.
Paytm Customer Support Email IDs
Previously Paytm didn’t have any customer support number for an extended period. They recently added this, but one can quickly contact the Paytm people using the following email id.
- Paytm email id for Sales Questions – [email protected]
- Paytm email id for Technical Support – [email protected]
- Paytm email id for Jobs related Query – [email protected]
- Paytm Customer Care Official Email ID – [email protected]
How to Contact Paytm Customer Care using Paytm.com (Submit a Support Ticket on Paytm)
Recently I checked the official Paytm website customer care section, and I noticed that they have updated their support page. Now they allow users to choose a topic (My Account Shopping, Deals, etc.) and submit a ticket for getting quick help.
Most of the internet companies already have this kind of feature, and now Paytm also included this. So if you face any issue with something that you ordered from Paytm, now you can choose that individual product (from your order history) and ask any question or get any issue you were having fixed regarding that product.
You can go to https://paytm.com/care/ and choose the topic which you want to get info about (support on that), or you can directly go to this page and choose your order to get anything fixed or ask any question regarding your order from Paytm.
